Our Fees & Terms

Our service is tailor-made to your requirements, so our fees will vary, and we will obviously agree on these with you in advance. Every building is different and so will need a varying degree of management. 

We abide by RICS code of practice and we believe that our fees must be transparent. We will provide you with a clear statement of our fees and any commission we will earn.

We ensure our quality of service and are therefore members of the prestigious, ARMA

Want to improve your building management in Kingston upon Thames?

  • On average we charge between £15 and £25 per unit per month​ (every building is different)

  • Our fees cover all the essential works and more

  • Any optional/additional services or commissions will be discussed and agreed upon before we take over the management
